East Valley Floors, Inc.

We selected East Valley Floors because they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and they are recommended by the [redacted] host. East Valley Floors completed two projects for us in 2013.

The first project started in February with measuring the area and determining supplies and pricing. The job was completed in April. It entailed removing old carpet and tiling from 1100 sq ft and replacing it with tile. The actual job took 6 working days. One crew came in on Friday and removed the old carpet and tile. Then, first thing Monday morning the tile installation crew arrived. We left the house to them and went on a mini-vacation returning on Friday afternoon. The workmen were very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on how to use the grout sealer and what product to use.

Once the above job was finished, we had [redacted] return to the house in May and give estimates on re carpeting the master bedroom and walk-in closet and tiling the vanity area. [redacted] brought carpet samples to the house so we could see what the different selections would look like in the area. We decided on a carpet and scheduled the work. We removed the carpet from the area and disposed of it ourselves. The new tile was installed on 5/27 and the carpet on 6/1.

The house looks brand new (partly because we'd repainted and replaced baseboards in conjunction with this project).

[redacted] and his workmen were professional and very helpful. The next time we need this type of work, we'll be calling East Valley Floors.

I had to do an extensive remodel on a house, and it was SO refreshing to work with Von of East Valley Floors. Not only was he the best price (by FAR!) he showed up exactly when he said he was going to, finished when he said he was going to, was friendly to speak with. It's a wonderful thing to find someone with great prices who is also dependable and trustworthy. I won't bother making all the other calls to carpet installers next time--I'll just call East Valley Floors.

They were referred to us by a friend who had them install carpet a few months prior.

They hung plastic to control the dust, removed our old flooring, hauled it all away, Then did a great job installing new 20 inch porcelain tile.

We were happy with the entire process. They brought us multiple samples to choose from, and gave us advise based on their experience. The owner Von came by the job during the installation, and also did a final walk through when it was complete.

A few weeks later, our toilet tank broke and water flowed into the office area. He came by even though it wasn't his fault, removed the wet carpet pad (after we shut of fthe water), and positioned a fan so it would dry quickly. This saved us having to file an insurance claim, and then he reattached the carpet after it dried out.

We plan to have them back to do grout color sealing and may be a new shower at end of the summer. We would recommend them (and have already).

Okay, we moved back into our house and the carpet was ruined from animals. We called [redacted] the owner and he came out the same day to give us a price as we needed to move in the house in 24 hours. The following day earlier that expected they pulled up and started laying carpet. [redacted] came back that day to see how the installation went who does that? Well this amazing company does. Would recommend if you need honest and great service from a company.
