I contacted this company for a quote to install a commercial HVAC unit for my business. After 7 days without a quote, I called to follow up, and still no return call or quote.

I find out through a friend, they did not want to provide me a quote because I used an engineer and architect to correctly plan how big a unit can go on my roof, and if there is any necessary reinforcement needed to keep my roof from collapsing.

Apparently, they want to just put the unit on and hope for the best without any concern to structural integrity of the building.

So instead of calling or emailing that they didn't want the job, they leave me waiting day after day.

I would look somewhere else for your HVAC service.

Big con artists in scheduling appointment
[redacted], at office, makes first appointment. do not turn up in window and on day provided and say it was for next day (one of us miss work waiting in 4 hr window).
Next day the tech comes and does things and says it is fixed and takes the money. Later that day we find AC is still blowing hot.
Call them back and schedule appointment. Mid way in window, [redacted] calls and says tech had personal emergency and cannot come that day (again miss work waiting for tech). Schedules for next day.
Next day, during appointment window [redacted] calls and says cannot make that morning and can only make midday (meanwhile we did not go to work waiting)
