All the statements this customer makes are and not based on facts, and some are outright libel and slanderWe did not ever agree to any "terms" that is stated in her complaintWe have attached a black copy that was signed by the customer for reviewNo other terms or conditions we
agreedWe never agreed to *** any items for her, Never agreed to any minimum bids - Furthermore the customer signed an auction agreement stating. "-It is agreed that all goods will be sold to the highest bidder, with the exception of items specified by seller in writing to be protected." No items were in writing to be protectedWe did not buy anything to resell, And all items are invoiced and accounted for. Everything you sell at our auction is sold without reserve for the highest priceHer stuff sold for the absolute most that it was going to sell. And yes our auction starts at $- and unfortunately sometimes items sell for $- which is a loss for us as we are vested in obtaining the highest price for an items as possibleBut what we emphasize is that sellers look at their net proceeds as a total take home amount not each item, as some will sell for more and some for less then expected. It's amazing how much of a contradiction from the conversation that we had with this client face to face how she told us that our business is "top notch" and she was so happy that we took care of her 100%.But she knows her claims are not based on facts so the only thing she can do is spin a tale and hope others will listen and agreeThe facts are that she agreed to sell everything to the highest price without reserve and that is what we didWe took her problems which was having a bunch of items that she was unable to sell and we were able to convert it to cashProblem solvedWe were able to go above and beyond for her and were able to do more than she could for herself and help her situation
