Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The diagnoses was not right at first! They charged me $for wroung test and fixed something I didn't need fixing not right away I trusted their words that this will take care of the van cutting off and dying doing a tuneup did not solve it!I have voice message from them on the end of that day telling me it's all good to go! But then they call again to say that the real issue is the fuel pump and that would cost more to fix! After back and forth that why this was not in the diagnostic tests they charging me for and fixed something I didn't need right away, they had me in a corner and I agreed so I can have my van!More so, how can it be that two out three fuel pumps did not work? I don't know how can that be!I sent a certified letter explaing the above and moreI will pay for the fuels pump work and oil change I asked for, not for missed diagnoses work Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm not really sure what the dispute is about, the van in question came in with multiple problems that we diagnosed and while it was here the fuel pump went out causing the van not to run at all. Unfortunately we got two defective new fuel pumps and the third one we got was a different...

brand that was good and it took a couple of extra days, then we got the van running with no more issues. All of everything that we did every step of the way was explained to the customer and he approved everything every step of the way. Every shop out there always charges to diagnose when a car doesn't run right or if it doesn't run at all so there was nothing done wrong on our part charging for diagnostics. We actually diagnosed multiple problems (correctly) for only one diagnostic fee as most shops charge multiple diagnostic fees per problem, so if anything we gave a discount to the customer by not charging multiple diagnostic fees. Once again every problem we came across the customer was informed every step of the way and approved all work we did every step of the way. The customer wrote us a check for the amount of $1263.96 and then put a stop payment immediately so that is essentially writing us a bad check and that is a crime since he was explained everything and approved all work, he has the van that is fixed by us and is not paid for at this point. We need to be paid for our services that the customer approved! We are a professional, fair, and reliable shop and we have many many happy customers that continue to come back to because we stand behind our work so whatever we have to do to get this resolved then I need to know but the customer will not answer any of our attempts to contact him so we don't know what to do about this situation.
