They charged my card $even though I did not have the items in my possession for trial days and even though I emailed and asked not to continue with an auto chargeAfter talking to a representative I was told verbally, via text AND via email to expect my refund in 3-business days That was Sept and today it is Sept 27th I’ve emailed and talk them as of the 10th, 11th and 12th business day and was told someone would call me in 25-business hours No callCheck bank account and NO $return to date
