Review: My daughter had a car accident on March 18, 2013 I called [redacted] to get a towing truck to remove the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to [redacted] on [redacted] without my consent. I explicitly asked that the car be towed to my home drive way since it was a few doors away. The car was towed around 10 pm or later I went the next day around 11:30 to get the vehicle and I was told it would be $55 a day. I asked the the guy working named [redacted] for paperwork in writing and he refused to give me any. I arranged for another tow truck to come get the vehicle while I was ready to pick it up the person named [redacted] tells me I owe him $110 for two days service. I said the car has only been her a few hours how do I owe for two days and he said from 12-12 its considered a new day. I told him that was 12 hours not 24 hours and that is not a full day. He refused to give me the car and wanted to charge me another day because I was a little loud with him. I told him I would pay then because I had the other towing service waiting. The Store has listed that he taked credit cards and ATM and I offered my atm card and he refused my money said he only takes cash and will not take any of my credit cards from me told me to walk to the bank and take cash off my card and refused to take my cards. So then I had to go all the way to the bank to get cash to give this man that just ripped me off to get my car out of his storage when I had not given them permission to take it there. My complaint is that this exxon station is ripping people off especially women. They refused to give me paperwork explaining their policies so I could understand their process. He only gave me a paper saying I paid $110 for two days service with no explanation or policy information on it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $55 they should have shown me a policy explaining their services I have nothing telling me I owe $110 for two days. Just his word telling me that $55 a day which means 24 hours is a day. My car was only there for a few hours. I have no problem paying for one day but my car was not there two days. "This should be illegal"
