Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all they kept delaying my courtsI don't think my case should have taken more than one court to resolveI had a notarized letter in which I showed them in tje beginning stating my parenting agreementThey said this was enough to show in courtIn their charges tney repeatedly keep on charging me for joint custody preparationSomething that was never presented at a court?!! How am I suppose to be paying for services that where never put to use? They are over charging me for thisI am extremely disappointedI thought this firm was here to help people and not take avantage of themI feel used and laughed atMr [redacted] laughed at me!! He said why was I even there for!! Mr [redacted] never fixed my withdrawal situationI have proof I called the child support place to update my informationHe charged me for services he never didAll I want is them to stop harassing me every dayI don't feel satisfied with this firm at allI will make sure everybody is aware of this MalpracticeThey over charged people for simple thingsI am being bullied by this firmI payed $and now they are trying to collect $12k moreI honestly would like my money back and for them to stop all this Ask them to show their chargesAs I have no acess to them at this momentI would also like all my personal information and original documents back from themThey are holding them from me I guess since they want money from me Sincerely, [redacted]
In "response" to this matter....be advised that on December 28, the former client filed a "Request for Investigation" with the [redacted] As attorneys we are duty bound to proceed with the [redacted] process Please, therefore, close this matter as being "Out of Purview"
