For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business owner’s response is delusional at best: AThis business owner made absolutely no attempt to resolvethis matter by returning my $depositIn fact, he has stated via text “I no longer have your money”.He also informed myself and my wife that he utilized my deposit to rectify a previous project.BThe ads that I have run on craiglist are related to his inept business practices and his continuous attempts to milk others from their deposits in business dealings ranging from Fence/Deck to Appliance Delivery/Installation to Trash Hauling under the name of 317BuildersCThree different and independent professional fence installers agreed that the minor amount of work (three hours labor maximum) this business did perform at my house was not up to professional standards and required removal prior to completion of a fence by a real professional. Therefore, the time and material this business delivered in support of our originalagreement actually cost me more money to rectify on his behalf.DThis person is also delusional in their description of a “hostile” environmentHe sent several texts stating various reasons why he could not be on-site working on our project when he knew time was of the essence on our projectHis excuses ranged from a jailed co-worker to his own mental capacities to his decision to close business operationsI hereby reject this businesses response as it is delusional in nature.Regards,*** ***
Your right there are two sides to every story and this story will be played out in court.I attemted to resolve the matter with the customer and he became hostile almost from the beggining of the jobHe has sense run slanderous ads about me on craigslist for wich I am preparing to sue him.there was
nothing wrong with the work that was completed and he has also failed to tell you about the 300$ worth of material that was bought.the only dispute is the ammount of the refund wich will be settled in court
