I was notified that the item had been damaged that the customer had receivedI had informed them that I would file a claim for them and once it was paid out I will refund themThis is also in the Terms & conditions of the online auction which they bid on the item they accept the terms
and conditions We had just started using *** as our preferred shipping company and so there claims system is different so I had called into there customer service to find out what I needed to do for there process, then to check on claim several times I had then tried to contact my representative to help me to find out he had then been promoted in the company so I was then directed to the District manager which I had a meeting with, and I informed the customer of this via email, and he is trying to help me expedite this process. I am very disappointed that they believe I doing nothing when I am working very hard to resolve this as best I can . In the mean time customer has now been posted on the internet that we are a bad company

***,According to the terms that are set on the online auctions for a refund on an item it is not sent out before we have finalized with the shipperIn your case I have spoken to the auctioneer and if you remove the negative comments that you place on the internet about us then I will make an exception this one time and refund your money when I have seen that has been done

I am rejecting this response because:
I think that it has been long enough to clear this matter up.On 12/15/I stated in a e-mail to Easterly that I thought this was more of a packaging issue than a shipping issue.The shipping box shows no damage and was not marked as fragile.I do not see this a shipping issue and would like a refundI will ship all three pieces of item on there expense back
