For any returns we ask the consumer to return to the store and then we can refund the store. Does the parent company [redacted] accept returns if a customer bought something from [redacted]? We are happy to inform our customer to accept [redacted] return and refund him the money.

If the store does not accept opened items in their policy how I supposed to test the item out, let alone return/exchange it? That's a catch-22. I will gladly accept a full refund(tax included) to have this resolved. I have attached an image of the receipt and the item from the store. Just let them know so I can go back and get my money.
