Review: Company was hired to clean up telco equipment and instructed not to touch data systems w/o calling myself. Company disobeyed email requests and took down data network in office w/o contacting the IT department for authorization. Furthermore, technicians argued that they were correct in doing this. I have clear email trails as to what was expected and requested and they were blatantly disregarded. Upon contacting [redacted], EVP, for a refund, I find out my original salesperson was no longer with the compnay and they would not refund the full portion of my initial $2500 for the project. Logical reasoning and forwarding [redacted] the email trails ended up nowhere as they kept stating they were justified in what they did, but this was clearly not the case.Desired Settlement: I would execept a full refund for them not following my directions and disregarding my email. Additionally, they took down a real estate brokerage for no response and without authorization from myself as my emails stated.
