Eastern Appliance Service

Review: Eastern Appliance is service agent for [redacted]. We contacted them a year ago to inspect and fix our range. We paid $95 for service call with the understanding that repair would be at no further service cost. They have delayed saying parts not available. [redacted] says that the parts are available. Eastern has no website, no email, almost never answers their phone, and almost never responds to messages. I question whether this is a legitimate business. Very terrible and incompetent service.Desired Settlement: impossible to work with this company. request full refund.
