Review: I have been receiving calls from this business demanding payment on a [redacted] credit card from 2005. I know nothing about this card and told them that. They then threatened to have me served to appear in court for the sum of $3500.00. But they are willing to accept $1500.00. I have searched for them using their address, phone number,city and state and can find no such business. It's like they don't exist but keep calling. The last time they called I asked for the info I have given you and a man named [redacted] gave it to me, and I told him that I would turn their info over to my attorney and that they would be hearing from him. I want them to stop bothering me.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me.
