At this time, I have been contacted directly by Eastern Car Service regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I spoke with [redacted] regarding the unauthorized charges and he informed me there were billing errors in the company's systemApparently billing charges were withheld and not processed until several months laterI informed him that was an impossibility on my part because I reconcile all my outstanding payments each day and I know for a fact I paid all fees that were incurred by me on dates of usage of Eastern Services To date, the company has not refunded the $which was put through without my authorization ? Don’t use this company if you need a specific type of vehicle! I made a reservation on their website and specifically reserved a premium minivan as we had a large group with luggage I received a written confirmation showing that I would have a premium minivan I also called the company that morning to confirm When we arrived at the airport the vehicle they sent was a standard SUV (Honda Pilot) not our reserved and paid for premium minivan We immediately called their office and were told they could not do anything for us We had to take a taxi as well as the car they provided After numerous phone calls and emails we have gotten no satisfaction or money from them to cover the extra cost of the taxi and the inconvenience of dealing with this

June *,2016 at about 8:30pm I called Eastern Car Service for a cab. I spoke to a young lady from the company that took my information and gave me the price of the trip. I went outside after speaking to the young lady from the company. I got in the cab, while driving the driver asked how much the person told the trip will cost an I told him. he then said that the trip will be more. upon reaching my destination, I gave the cab driver the amount the young lady told me it will cost. the cab driver then got nasty and started cursing at me. I was very surprise an taken back by his behavior.

Review: I live in Ontario Canada. I have received a credit card statement with 3 charges for the same amount posted on the same day for a car service out of Brooklyn New York. Transaction date 9/** posted date 9/**. I have not been to or used a car service in Brooklyn in the past 2 years. At the advice of my credit card company I contacted the merchant directly at my credit card companys suggestion I went seeking out as much information as possible.

I contacted the company and spoke with [redacted] who advised he was the [redacted]. I explained my situation and began asking for more information. He explained that [redacted] had notified them of issues and he assumed I was part of the issue. I have never been a client of this car service and made his disbelief known. Many people call and say this...I will have a credit card slip with your signature etc. The conversation was ok until I asked if he had someone he answered to. It was at that point that he became short with me and I asked why I was now getting spoken to this way...I was advised all information can be found on the website and he would talk to me no more and something was mumbled and I was hung up on. This left me very upset and crying he made me feel terrible.

I advised that I was contacting them before I went any further as I did not want to see anything upsetting happen if we could take care of this together. He really was not willing to do anything for me but search his files for the last 4 digits of my credit card number.

Immediately following being hung up on I proceeded to contact my credit card company again, it was at this time that I was advised that the card number had been KEYED in and not swiped. Near as I can tell this mean that they INTENTIONALLY MANUALLY ENTERED my credit card number 3 times on the same day for the exact same amount of money 40.00 (x3) USD totalling each 45.18 CDN. Never mind the fact that they did not have a signed card in hand to validate the purchase.Desired Settlement: I do not think it too much to ask for a simple apology for being treated so poorly especially since I did not chose to do business with them. I would also like the charges reversed on my credit card but the credit card company has started the process for that.

Review: Car service company was 30 minutes late for pick up. Drove 45 minutes out of the way to avoid tolls. When finally arrived at destination, charged me $208 as opposed to the $150 I was originally quoted. When I called to speak with the [redacted] he told me it was from the tolls (which did not equal the additional $58 dollars). When I did the math for the [redacted], he back pedaled at said that he would refund me the $23. Checked bank statement and saw that they charged my card an additional $185. So Eastern Car Service charged my bank account $393 for a ride that was supposed to cost $150. When I called back the [redacted] then spoke to me in a condescending tone and asked me if I knew what a business day was because that was going to be when my card would be refunded. I still have not been refuded.

Review: I booked in advance and prepaid for all of me trips. Every single one was late and several had to be canceled because they said that they had no drivers that felt like going to our locations. They also miss charged my account several times. I had to call for a week to get everything settled as they kept hanging up on me. They were rude and unhelpful they also lie in the service that they provide. It was unreliable and the worst I have ever been treated by any company.

I feel I should have a partial refund on at least 5 of the reservations that were over an hour late.Desired Settlement: Either I get refunded or the company and staff be reprimanded in some way for the degradation and treatment of their customers.

Review: On August **, 2014 I contacted Eastern Car Service regarding excessive charges on my credit card. I spoke with the [redacted] in reference to this matter and he assured me it would be taken care of. After reviewing my card statement, it seemed as if the matter had been resolved, however, recently I was billed $17.00 on 10/*/2014 to my card and I have not used their services in several weeks.Please assist regarding this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of $17.00 refunded to my account as soon as possible.

Review: The driver physically asked for my credit card which was already set up in their system so I should not have had to give it to him. I did because I was at the airport and just needed to pay. He wrote my credit card number down and later that day fraudulent charges begin appearing on my credit card account (3x over the course of 3 days) at duty free shops (location still unknown but the drive dropped me off at JFK).Desired Settlement: Full refund for services including tip and for inconvenience that occurred while trying to settle this from overseas (phone calls to credit card company, not being able to check out of my hotel and time wasted on this matter). Refund should be a minimum of $300.
