The student has a significant past due tuition and fee balance that accrued primarily in 2007 and 2008. She has not made a payment towards her account since August 2010. Our policy is that we will release copies of transcripts in such circumstances as when the debtor has made a good faith effort to pay their balance. A good faith effort would include setting up a fair monthly payment arrangement and making 6 payments in conformity with the arrangement. Another would be to pay 50% of the balance in a lump sum. We would be happy to make such an arrangement with Ms. [redacted].
