Eastern Connection's customer service is atrociousI experienced several issues in having a package I ordered deliveredMy order was recorded as having been delivered when in fact it was returned to their warehouseUpon contacting the company one of their employees erroneously advised that my package was delivered, information which she did not confirm before advising meUpon confirming that this information was incorrect and my package was returned to the warehouse I was then bounced around between Eastern's employees who promised my package would be delivered on several occasions over the course of days and finally told that if I really needed it I would need to collect it from their New Jersey warehouseI finally received my package after contacting the company's Director of Customer RelationsThe box was ripped and falling apart and several of my items were brokenI would never recommend this company to anyone
