Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They are full of it they actually just gave him back half of the monies he paid to have that date changed and when questioned where is the other half they had no answerThey still haven't removed the late payment static on the co-signers credit score which being they were paid within hours of notifying meThey can dig and look all they want they ripped the man off and need to confessThe date wasn't changed they charged him and slammed me with a late payment without a chanceI want them to ACT LIKE A REAL BUSINESS AND ADMIT THEIR WRONGS but removing that late payment and returning the other half of the monies. The attacked photo is the receipt on how they really do business and let their employees rip people off and if I lost this receipt I would've been out of that much money because that is clearly not my name and not what that money was for it was a car loanThis company screams fraud.. I want that late payment off my credit they are dead wrong
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,

On May **, 2017, Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union received a telephone inquiry from [redacted] regarding the multiple attempts to verify his employment made by HVFCU during the processing of his mortgage loan application.    [redacted] applied for a mortgage loan with Hudson...

Valley Federal Credit Union on December *, 2016.  His mortgage loan closed on February [redacted] 2017.  As part of the mortgage loan application disclosure package, [redacted] signed the borrower certification and authorization form, allowing Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union to verify information contained in the mortgage loan application. This includes verifying borrower employment before or after the loan is closed and as part of our quality control program.   We researched the mortgage loan file history and confirmed Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union contacted [redacted]’s employer on four separate occasions to verbally verify [redacted]’s employment information. [redacted]’s employer was contacted three times prior to the mortgage loan closing date.  [redacted]’s employer was also contacted a fourth time as part of Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union’s post close quality control program.   It is standard mortgage lending procedure for a mortgage application to have a minimum of two verbal verifications of employment performed, one prior to final underwriting approval and one ten days prior to the loan closing.  [redacted]’s closing date was rescheduled, causing the third call to his employer to verify employment to be within ten days of the closing date as per mortgage lending procedure requirements.  After the loan closing, [redacted]’s mortgage loan was randomly selected for quality control review as per Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union’s mortgage quality control program.  A fourth call was made to his employer to verify employment as per the quality control procedures.   On May, **, 2017 the Secondary Market and Closing supervisor for the Real Estate Lending Department spoke to [redacted] to explain the reasons for the multiple attempts to verify his employment.  [redacted] expressed concern Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union’s multiple calls to verify his employment will cause issues for him with his employer.  He requested any further attempts to verify his employment be sent in writing to his employer.  In addition, [redacted] requested the process and reasons for the four calls to verify his employment.  The Secondary Market and Closing supervisor ended the call by apologizing to [redacted] for the inconvenience to him and his employer and confirmed we would send an email with the     information requested.  An email outlining the mortgage loan verification of employment process and the reasons for each of the four calls to his employer was provided to [redacted] on May **, 2017.   If you need further assistance, please contact me at [redacted], M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or via email: [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

dated September *, 2015 informing you that Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union could not complete the request due to the loan still not being paid current.  Both of these letters were sent to the primary loan owner. Due to the fact that no action was taken, this request was closed.
