Review: In summer of 2013 I went to eastern dental they said I needed a deep cleaning when I asked if im covered for that she said yes 100 percent now im in collections I have a collection agency calling me regularly I tried over the course of the years to resolve this no one ever answers the phone in the billing department I said I will gladly pay for the cavities but I can not pay for the deep cleaning they basically said not there problem take it with collections I have a bankruptcy and at the time in a foreclose I would never had agreed t ok such an expensive treatment unless told I was covered 100 percent I did speak to billing today she was very nasty and said nothing she can do about they should not have people giving false iinformation to patient'sDesired Settlement: I want the bill adjusted I want them to contact the agencies they ut me in and fix my this I dont want to hear its not there problem anymore
