Review: Eastern Dental failed once at a root canal and then again did not complete a tooth transplant after waiting for 4 months. The transplant was being paid for to the [redacted] at high interest rates but no work was done. Contacted them serveral times no return telephone call. Recently spoke to [redacted]insurance as to why the remaining blance of a gum graph was not paid ( EA states was a foundation laid but find out there was not foundation laid). There are too many inconsistencey with their story . The [redacted] representative states today, they tried to pay the bill on 4/10/12, 5/29/12, and 10/18/12 however, they want the following information: The bill coded correctly, state the reason, chart, and x-ray. The Eastern Dental of [redacted] has refused to comply to their request and sent the bill into collection and when after my daugthter for payment.Desired Settlement: If they are not going to provide the documents necesary for payment then leave use alone. I pay insurance to pay roll on a biweekly basis so why do they want to bill me for a job they never did.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not read the final response. I am sorry for the delay in responding but I am in my senior year of college and course work has been intense. I am writing about a recent letter received from Eastern Dental/TransnationalLimited (collection agency) stating just to pay the co-pay in the amount of $160.00. I sent a payment in the amount of $50.00, then I receive another letter 8/29/13 requesting the full amount from a [redacted]. I not contact you before the second letter from [redacted] because I thought the matter was resolved by agreeing to pay the co-payment owed.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you very much for all of your help. The Revdex.com has been a blessing to me in resolving a difficult situation. I accept the letter stating it was a routine letter as long as the problem is now resolved. However, I am shock that the representative states there was no amount in the billing statement--I have the actual letter.

Again, thank you for your assistance in this matter.
