First of all are yellow pages does not have an warranty listedIf Mr*** has done this kink of plumbing in the past like he stated, why pay money to have it done, when he could have done it himself
We did get it open and it was running
good when we left, we did the best job that we could
when Mr*** called me I did not hang up on him my phone went deadYes he did call and talked to my mother and she did think we would get back out there but I got to busy and wasn't able to do soYes, I also got paid and left in which he thought was a hurry, but I had other jobs waiting on me to in my areaI don't believe I should pay anything back, because of the distance the gas and the job we did plus the labor I had to payIf he would of called someone else he would of paid a lot more than what I charged, so therefore I dont' feel I need to pay back anything

they were supposed to come back and rerod the sewer and never showed up and wouldnt answer the phone I am not satisfied with this response this guy is saying his work isnt even good for days ? I did have to pay another company $and they did come up with rootsI hate to think how many people this guy has ripped off like this or or days later and its oh well ? I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I want you to rate these guys as F not A

All I can do is hope that he will keep his word this time and pay the money back by mid April as stated.

I would like to reopen this complaint. In their response, Quick Rod...[redacted] said he would have the money owed to me by mid April. I have not heard from them...and have not received any payment.
This is what I was afraid would happen. As in my past experience with [redacted]....he puts you off an hour, then a day then a week then a month at a time..drag things out...I don't believe he intends to pay back the money he stole from me. The only thing that would resolve things at this point is immediate payment. I would recommend that the Revdex.com give this company the lowest possible rating.
