their time getting settled as a customer service gesture. We have earned and enjoy great customer relations and Revdex.com scores at our Houston office and always try and resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately in this case, Mrs*** has the opinion that the 3rd party appliance servicing done prior to loading would have included the cleaning and drying out of the units. The appliance service involves the disconnection of the ice maker and capping of the water lines in the residence to avoid any water damage inside the home She indicated that there was some water running out as the crew was taking the unit to the truck to load. This is the excess water coming out of the water lines to the icemaker and is normal We feel terrible that the end result was what it is, but *** *** *** valuation and/or any carrier liability does not cover these kind of claims. We authorized the $1,customer service gesture as good will in an effort to help the situation, since this claim would not be honored by *** *** ***. I have attached a copy of the sequence of events the reflects our quick response to the situation: The claim was established on Wednesday, Febfrom a complaint forwarded by *** *** to our corporate claims team. The $1,offer was extended to the customer without waiting on claim forms on Friday, Feb5. The customer accepted at 6:Friday, Feb5. The customer filed a subsequent complaint with *** *** *** on Sunday 2/at 10:55PM*** replied to customer 8:am Monday, Febregarding the amount. *** offered nothing furtherCustomer complained to *** 11:same day that payment had not been receivedAtlantic Relocation processed and sent the check the following weekWe feel we addressed the situation quickly and fairly. Are the issues resolved?  No If yes, when was the issue resolved?  Not resolved If no, what issues remain outstanding?  Atlantic Relocation Systems has not honored the Full Replacement Value coverage for our refrigerators that they prepared for storage, stored and returned to us with mold damage.
