I sent Eastern Lettering the letters back and have not seen my refund. It's been several weeks since I mailed them back and haven't heard a peep from Mr. W[redacted] Sincerely [redacted]

I have attached some of the attempts I've made to Eastern Lettering via their email address[redacted] Perhaps you used a different email address or their spam filter is set in such a way that they have not received my emails, but they most certainly have my contact information and made no request from me seeking approval or other information. Frankly, I would be happy to have had a conversation on the phone or a response to an email.

Called business spoke with Ed. He stated that the return address is [redacted]. Once the products are received back a full refund will be issued.

Please don't waste your time or money with this business, very cheap material not what they advertise and rip you off on shipping. Items came in a letter envelope with a $0.50 stamp that they charge $5.95","neg-2
