This letter is in response to the complaint filed with your office against our company by a *** *** *** On 6/29/two gentlemen came in to our office at Sullivan Stone being *** *** and the other gentlemen's name was not given, at this time he met with the manager of our
custom commercial department and stated he needed a car topper for his demolition car and that it could not be metal because it was not allowed at the demolition derbyAt this time we suggested a MM coroplast sign material that is used frequently in our industryHe seemed happy with this and we quoted him for a custom digitally printed double faced sign and custom bracket for installation, which he was happy with and paid up front forWhen the sign was ready again *** *** came in our office at Sullivan St, at which time he was able to see the end product and seemed happy with and signed for the order which I am enclosingAt no time during the pick up process did he ever seem like he was unhappy with the sign nor at anytime during this process was *** *** *** *** present.The next business day I myself received a call from *** *** *** *** asking to return the sign and receive credit because she could make the sign herself cheaperAt this time I explained to her that this sign was custom digitally printed on both sides with their logo "Seymour 72" and the bracket had been cut specifically & drilled to fit this signShe seemed unhappy and said she thought the sign was going to be aluminum and I told her we were told by *** *** it could not beI heard her asking him in the background and she had no response after thisSince this was a custom product and the customer had an opportunity on initial examination to voice any complaints our company does not feel a refund is due at this timeSincerely; Team Leader
