Had to call for an emergency service call to my home in HermistonI asked that before the technician perform any service further than figuring out the issue with my AC unit; they call me so I knew what was wrong and the estimated costI never received a phone call after they inspected the issueI spoke with my tenants and they informed me that the technician was at the home for approximately minutesAbout a month later, my tenant called letting me know they received a bill in the mail (even though I had given the company my mailing address)The bill was for an amount over $Shocked, I called the company and spoke with the company "manager"I have never been treated so poorly by any companyShe was rude, told me I was lying and that the technician said he called me (not sure how she knew this off the top of her head since this was the first time I was bringing this concern to them)I told her I could provide written statements from my tenants proving they never saw the technician call me and nor did they try and call meI asked her if she could look into the issue and get back to meShe agreed and hung upGoing through my paperwork I realized a bit of time had passed and I hadn't heard from anyoneI called the office again and once again, was connected to the office "manager" who proceeded to tell me they already informed me they lowered my billI told her I had not received any communication either via mail or phone callI asked if she could mail me an updated invoice so I could take care of the costs even though I didn't feel I was responsible to cover this amount since they did the work without my consentShe agreed and proceeded to hang up on meAgain a bit of time had passed and I realized I hadn't received a billI called once more recently (the service call was done quite a few months before) and was again, connected to the office "manager"She again was extremely rude and didn't remember telling me that they lowered the price because of the mis-communication and issues we were having regarding thisEven though she said she didn't remember telling me they agreed to lower the cost she then said she sent me out an updated invoice in the mail (rather contradictive in my opinion)I requested to speak to the owner and was told that if I spoke with him, he would make me pay the entire amount so I was better off talking with herShe then lied and stated she had a written statement from my tenants stating they saw the technician call me as well as they tried calling me; which is a completely untrueI then asked her if she would send me the updated invoice via email since I still had not received a billshe agreed but the the bill I received was not correcti called back and had to speak with her againthis time, she told me she wouldn't email me another invoice and that if I wanted the lower price, I would have to pay her on the phone at that momentI was not going to agree to that especially since I didn't trust her after the way she was treating and speaking to me that she would be honest and actually lower the costThe bill still has not been paid and she has not emailed me the updated invoiceI am hoping this issue is cleared up and I can pay the appropriate amount I am responsible forI have never dealt with a company that had such poor customer service from the "manager" and never have I been refused to speak with the owner/person above themI am in shock with how terribly I was treated

We did install this heat pump system in for *** *** *** *** through *** There was an issue with a faulty piston When we replaced it, the heat pump was working fine The next time Mrs*** called the year labor warranty was up and we let her know the labor for service
call and refrigerant were not covered and I was told she didn't want to pay for the call and that is why we didn't go back It is a two hour drive one way to Condon from my shop I think she contacted *** to see if they would pay for it.The company that did the repair it is local and still charged her labor for the repair and for the refrigerant just like we would haveShe just thinks that we should do it for free.We did not bill *** for any repairs so I think she lied to make us sound bad She let this go for years

In late *** sent this business to install a new furnace & heat pumpAbout the first of Jan-March we started having issues with 3-inches of ice on the heat pump & extremely noisy .There was a recall on a part , they said they came out but didn'tI called multiple times about the ice and was told it was normal I sent them photos of the ice and they finally came out I have no idea what they did They sent a bill to ***, Maureen called me & chewed me out for not going thru themThis was about April or May We had no reason to use the heat pump until that fall
Turned on the heat when it got cold in November and had no heat It would run hours a day and super noisy and I finally shut it off and used the emergency heat system and space heaters which caused extremely *** electric bills and notified *** what was going on I called multiple times to either not find anyone in the office or to get voicemail with no return callsFor the last years

I am rejecting this response because: they installed faulty parts as shown by photos I sent earlier.  I do not appreciate being called a liar.  Because of defective parts the heat pump would NOT work and we tried multiple times to get them to come see what was wrong.  They had to have either billed [redacted] or contacted them about the piston deal because Maureen called me and chewed my butt out about calling eastern oregon and not [redacted]. As you can see by review on Revdex.com site they dont have good business ethics.
