While still being a customer of theirs I found myself not needing the optional phone service. Therefore I opted out of the service and returned the equipment used for the phone service. To which Eastern Oregon Telecom still to this day is billing me for. So I decided to eliminate my service with them. I am currently still receiving a monthly billing charge two months after cancelling my service. I have receipts for all returned equipment. They are over charging for reconnections and can not explain the extra charges. These are similar issues with previous provider..
We have been in contact with the customer to discuss this matter, and it has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
