I am rejecting this response because: I am sorry you feel that I became argumentative however never once did I treat the situation with a lack of respectI had politely explained the situation to you and asked for your insurance information so that we could get a third part involvedIt would seem to me that if you believed you did not cause any damage you would have no problem providing me with this informationThe fact that you have resorted to personal attacks and are not willing to handle this situation in a professional manner says a lot about your business's credibility and ethicsIt is clear that you are not willing to work with me or accept accountability for the damages you caused which is exactly why I have taken steps to getting higher involvementI'm sure this will be resolved efficiently as I am able to provide ample proof of the damagesAt this point I am going to wait for a representative from Revdex.com to intervene so that hopefully they can mediate a resolution for us instead of going to court

THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP ON JUNE, THE OWNER TOOK TIME TO LOCK OVER THE VEHICLE AND TAKE THE CAR COVEROFF THAT HE HAD PLACED ON THE VEHICLE WITH SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE HE WOULD HAVE SEEN THE DAMAGE AND NOTIFIED ME AT THAT TIME, NOT NEARLY TWO WEEK LATERHIS ORIGINAL
CLAIM WAS THAT WE DAMAGED ONE WHEEL, NOW HIS CLAIM IS BOTH FRONT WHEELS ARE DAMAGED.I PERSONALLY TOWED THIS VEHICLE AND DID NOT DAMAGE THE WHEELS.I OFFERED TO LOOK AT THE WHEELS AND WANTED TO GET PICTURES TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF DAMAGE AND THE CUSTOMER REFUSED TO BRING THE VEHICLE INHE DEMANDED I FILE A CLAIM WITH THE INSURANCEI TOLD HIM NO , NOT WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE FIRST, HE SAID THAT WAS INCONVIENT,AND WANTED TO FILE A CLAIM.THE DAMAGE IS CONSISTANT WITH HIS HOBBIE OF ROAD RACING.IF I HAD DAMAGED IT I WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.THE VEHICLE LEFT HERE WITH NO DAMAGENOW HE IS TRYING TO RECOVER HIS IMPOUND FEES. *** ***MANAGERCAIN BROTHERS BODY & PAINT

I am rejecting this response because: I did not take time to look over the vehicle at time of pias the car would not start and I was more concerned about getting the car started and because it was stored outside the entire car was very dirty and any damage was covered by the dirtI had never said one wheel was damaged I had claimed both wheels were damagedTo insinuate that I had damaged the wheels because of my "hobbies road racing" is completely irrelevant to the subject and not true either wayAs previously stated the proof stands that the officer looked over the car before the company took possession of the vehicle and he did not notate any damage on the wheelsI have time stamped pictures of the wheels the day after I picked it up after I cleaned the car which show damage on both front wheelsFor you to claim that I had somehow in the matter of one day damaged both front wheels when I have never damaged my wheels during my ownership is ridiculousThe fact is that the damage shown on the wheels is consistent with damage that would be caused from improperly towing the car by using wheel straps when the car should have been towed using a flat bedI am not trying to reclaim the impound fee I simply expect a business to do their job properly and when that is not done they should fix itMy car was given to you without the damage and returned to me with the damage I expect that to be reconciledI tried to discuss the issue with you over the phone but you would not talk and hung up on me twiceI have no reason to bring my car to you as you have already denied responsibility and it is not for you to judge who is responsible as clearly you are not an unbiased party in this matterWith your unprofessionalism displayed on our phone conversations I do not wish to subject myself to more of that in person which is why I have taken this matter to a higher authority
