EPWC is by far the worst utility company I have ever dealt withNo one can determine when unexpected hardships occurI was a victim of identity theft which caused my check for them to be returnedBc the bill was late, I was charged $twice on one bill just to reconnectThat was $140, in addition to the water that I actually consumedThe fees were higher than the bill! Then they are closed on weekends so my family of were forced to go all weekend without waterWith all those fees, you would think they could afford weekend labor This is the only water company in my area so I'm forced to do business with themOtherwise I would switch in a heartbeat!

Bc the bill was late, I was charged $70 twice on one bill just to reconnect. That was $140, in addition to the water that I actually consumed. The fees were higher than the bill! Then they are closed on weekends so my family of 5 were forced to go all weekend without water. With all those fees, you would think they could afford weekend labor.
