already been resolved as they requested. Eastern Propane has agreed to use the customer's $500 security deposit to cover a portion of the outstanding balance, and the customer has already provided payment for the remaining balance above and beyond the $500. The customer spoke with our office and this payment arrangement was agreed upon on 0418/16.The past due' notices that were received by the customer are automatically generated by the computer system when there is an outstanding balance on an account. These notices print, unfortunately, regardless of verbal payment arrangements. We do regret that receipt of these notices caused such ill will.
