This company falsified and forged my signature on sales documents of which I have original copies ofI received these copies when filing a dispute

I came looking to purchase couches, the sales person was very helpfuland was very patient , Office of staff, was very effecient and friendly durning a busy day

VERY poor customer service and a dishonest businessWe ordered a sectional sofa mid AugustA month later I called to check up on the statusThey informed me it was damaged so it would be a few more days/weeks and they would call when it came in to schedule a deliveryThey never did so I had to call again to schedule the delivery and on Oct 4th it came in damaged anywayBut instead of being honest they tried to cover up a rip on the back of the sofa with some kind of paint and glueWe noticed it because our house started smelling like paintI immediately called them and they told me to email them pictures of the damage, so I didThey never called back, so I emailed againI called them back a week later thinking I sent them to the wrong email, but I didn'tThey had the photos all along and who knows if they were ever going to callThen she tried to say the damage happened after the deliveryThey eventually agreed to send someone out the re-upholster the couch but never offered anything more and were very rudeI would not recommend buying from this placeIf anything happens you will be calling this place for weeks/months, on hold for hours, and with increased blood pressureWe learned our lesson the hard way

I purchased a couch and it had to fit on a wall that was inches wide, the salesperson told me it would be It is actually inches wide
My salesperson, *** was well aware that if this couch was wider than inches wide I was taking it off my ticket and not ordering it The sales manager was keeping the ticket on hold until I approved the measurement
I specifically went home, measured the wall, drove back to Ashley furniture *** and another salesperson were at the entry when I arrived, *** told me the couch pieces would fit, they were each inches wide
When the couch pieces arrived the total length is inches wide Not at all what I was told!
I have been offered merchandise credit I am not satisfied for multiple reasons, to sum it up so many employees through this ordeal have lied I want a refund, I do not want merchandise credit
This was a $1,Ashley Homestore Furniture mistake, they need to credit my account and act like a true business

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Will not answer phone! They only delivered part of what I purchased and refuse to do anythingYes, I paid for the furniture in full!

Salesperson misquoted width of a couch (he knew it had to be a certain width or I was taking it off my ticket) and the company refuses to give me a refund Everyone I talk to on the phone has a different story

I furnished my entire home on 6/23/from items purchased from Ashley's FurnitureWithin one month I started having issues with purchase

Failure to repair defective furniture purchased

Received defective merchandise and finally received store credit but store refused to give credit for sales tax paid
I purchased a desk from Ashley Furniture in Abilene on January 18thIn February they delivered the desk but the two legs were both from the same side and the desk couldn't be put togetherThey took the wrong leg and left the desk top at that timeSeveral weeks later they came back with a replacement leg but the desk still couldn't be put together and it was decided that the problem was with the desk topAt this point they took the desk top back with them and offered to bring out another that was at their warehouse the next weekPrior to coming the next week with the desk they attempted to put the other desk together and found it had the same problemI spoke with someone in customer service on 4/and was told the desk was still on back orderAt this point I requested a cancellation on the desk and was offered a store credit as they do not give refundsI agreed
