I came looking to purchase couches, the sales person was very helpfuland was very patient , Office of staff, was very effecient and friendly durning a busy day

We bought two sofas and paid for protection plan We started a complaint due to damage in July and still has not been resolved We bought two sofas on May 24,We paid $for extra protection for months plus daysLast year in July, we reported about some damages to both sofasCall them, send pictures of the damages, etcFinally on February 4th of this year, they sent a technician with some markers to paint some of the defects and evaluate the damagesOn one of the sofas, coloring the dents, make them look better, and he ordered some covers for the cushions and that will be enough to fix itThe other sofa has some extra damage that is not easy fixableWe request a replacement or for the damage to be fixedHe ordered wood parts and extra leather in order to fix the damageWe received the cover for the cushions, and I called on March 14th to inform the Purple Cow protection (that is the protection plan Ashley sold us from)On April I called back to infor

Poor service Salesperson misquoted width of a couch (he knew it had to be a certain width or I was taking it off my ticket) and the company refuses to give me a refund Everyone I talk to on the phone has a different story I have purchased many furniture pieces from this company throughout the years, but never again! This company is unethical

VERY poor customer service and a dishonest businessWe ordered a sectional sofa mid AugustA month later I called to check up on the statusThey informed me it was damaged so it would be a few more days/weeks and they would call when it came in to schedule a deliveryThey never did so I had to call again to schedule the delivery and on Oct 4th it came in damaged anywayBut instead of being honest they tried to cover up a rip on the back of the sofa with some kind of paint and glueWe noticed it because our house started smelling like paintI immediately called them and they told me to email them pictures of the damage, so I didThey never called back, so I emailed againI called them back a week later thinking I sent them to the wrong email, but I didn'tThey had the photos all along and who knows if they were ever going to callThen she tried to say the damage happened after the deliveryThey eventually agreed to send someone out the re-upholster the couch but never offered anything more and were very rudeI would not recommend buying from this placeIf anything happens you will be calling this place for weeks/months, on hold for hours, and with increased blood pressureWe learned our lesson the hard way

Purchased pillow 4-2-and was supposed to be here in weeksStill not hereWe have called number of times and only answer we get is we don't know when it will be here Purchased adjustable bed base 4-2-and the massage on the head base started making loud noiseCalled customer service and repair man came on 5-25-and said the motor is going outSo he said he would order new motor and would be delivered to my home in one weekStill have not received it and have called times and nobody knows anything about it called approx5-8-I have made monthly pavements on this merchandise and still no pillow
