I had a roof leak. Owner came out and provided quote, and explained what needed to be done. Arranged to have a guy come out to perform the work. Hardest part was finding a time they were not busy so you have to be flexible with timing of quote and work. Worker came, introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, was very courteous, cleaned-up after himself, work quality was great.
