I needed a new roof and I start getting estimate quote from different contractor I was impressed by the professionalism of *** and the explanation of the product used for the roof So I decided to use this contractor for the job
*** called me to set a date and call me again one day prior to start to advised that the materiel will be delivered
The first day *** and his crew was punctual and a crew debriefed was done by *** His crew are well organized and very knowledgeable They were very attentive to details and answer any of my queries, however I did want to disturb them to much
They never stop and took shift for brakes and lunch It took two days as I was informed at the beginning and the place was left cleaned and free of any nails or old roofing materiel We have flower garden and also vegetable garden, pool, deck and sun room without any debris or damage
I would strongly recommend Eastern Sealers Roofing to anyone

This company constantly harasses me with unwanted telemarketing calls I live in a Condo and do not have a furnace or ducts to be cleaned I have notified Sears Canada at least times over the last years that I do not wish to receive calls Yet this company still insists on harassing me I will be taking action against this company if the calls do not stop immediately These are very poor business practices

100% Deception and scamThis company is not Sears, they purchased the right to use the nameSears has no control on their quality or pricing!
Deception - building unwarranted trust: Their marketers call you as SearsYou trust Sears as a reputable company
Deception - the fake free furnace inspection: The claim Sears does a free furnace inspection, *** is the only other company that performs this serviceThis gets their foot in your doorIn reality only *** performs a free furnace inspection (taking it apart and testing crucial parts)These 'Sears" imposters just take the flashlight of an iPhone, show you dust, and tell you, the furnace needs a cleaning
Deception - the actual paid furnace inspection: They perform the cleaning, take the furnace apart and test the partsYou pay for thatThis would have been free by ***
Deception - charging twice for one item and generating fear: they find a part that is about to failThey offer to replace the part and charge you a fixed price for installationBut all they have to do is slide the new part inYou already paid for the dismantling of the furnacePart costs $at *** *** and $installedThe new motor costs $at *** *** and >$at "Sears"The motor bracket cost "Sears" $(three) and they charge $They put you under pressure by letting you know how much it costs if they had to come back when the part fails
Deception - you pay the Sear franchise fee that enabled this scam: The real Sears collect a Franchise fee for the use of their good nameIt is a hidden charge back to you
The good: the quality of the work was ok; so was their follow up
Summary: somebody poses as a reputable company, overcharges, and you pay for the scamIn may case, the initial invoice was over $for less than hrs work and $or partsDuring the work, I had ask them several times whether they were really Sears, called Sears, etcand could not get a clear answerIt pays to be an imposter

I paid almost $200 more with this company thinking they would do a better work than other companies. First, the inspector told me that we would include in my package a free sanitize and after I realised that it was already include in the price I was paying. After they did the cleaning, I called to customer quality control service and they couldn't provide me with a satisfying answer. I asked them if using garbage bag to seal off hot and cold air register was the proper way to do it and they answer me that they thought so. There were suppose to drop sheet to ensure that floors are kept clean from the duct cleaning process and they didn't. There was dust everywhere in the floor and they didn't clean it. They climbed my couch to reach some register and they used duct tape to seal cover plates instead of glue. They take advantage of the fact they are a Sears company to charge more but they don't do more that other companies.
