To Whom It Concerns,
" background-"> Since the Acura TSX was bought from ES Motors in Dover Delaware on September 9, the dealership has paid $for repairs and services for that vehicle under a months/miles warrantyES Motors has relayed the vehicle between Dover and the service garage in Dagsboro at no cost to the customer and making an expectation in company policy to allow her to use our Saab 9-for her convenience

This letter is to make clear the circumstance of the repossession of the 2006 Mazda 3 being paid off by Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] was contacted on 7/28/14.  He was informed that he was late on his payment.  Mr. [redacted] replied that he would be making the payment later on 7/28/14....

However, Mr. [redacted] did not get back in touch with us 7/28/14.  He was called and left messages several times over the next week.  On 8/4/14 he was called, and a message was left for him warning that if he didn't get in touch with us that day, he was in danger of his car being repossessed.  He did not get in touch with us, so on 8/5/14 his car was repossessed.  On the contract signed by Mr. [redacted] it states that after 3 days late there is a $150 late fee and/or repossession. Since this was the 3rd time that Mr. [redacted] was late on his payments and we weren't hearing anything from him, we repossessed the 2006 Mazda 3.

To Whom It Concerns,     Since the 2006 Acura TSX was bought from ES Motors in Dover Delaware on September 9, 2016 the dealership has paid $1001.92 for repairs and services for that vehicle under a 3 months/3000 miles warranty. ES Motors has relayed the vehicle between Dover and the...

service garage in Dagsboro at no cost to the customer and making an expectation in company policy to allow her to use our 2007 Saab 9-3 for her convenience.     The Acura first came for service October 14th to have a window switch installed, front right upper ball joint replaced that was making a "clunking" noise while turning, and a complaint of a vibration traveling at speeds over 70mph. The technician mentioned the customer could try replacing the front brake pads and rotors. On October 17th the service writer called the customer with a brake estimate but the customer already had a different repair center replace front brake pads, rotors, and calipers for her. October 21st the customer paid a $100 deductible to use the warranty to replace front cv axles, control arm bushings, sway bar links, alignment, and balance all tires (tires are not a covered item but they were included this time). The vehicle was missing all four locking lug nuts and a lug nut and stud on the front right tire when it was brought in. The customer paid $12.58 to replace the missing lug and stud. The technician greased the front calipers at no additional cost because they were not properly installed by the other garage. Lastly, the vehicle returned November 2nd when it would not drive after coming to a stop. The customer checked the transmission fluid while the engine was hot and running then added 3 quarts of fluid. This action would void the warranty under "Owner/Driver Negligence or Misuse" but the warranty was already expired by 147 miles at that time. Acura requires the transmission fluid to be checked while parked and cool. ES Motors paid for a transmission service and removal of excess fluids added by the customer. An estimate was prepared for, discussed with and signed by the customer that included regulator maintenance services not covered by warranty such as oil seepage from oil pan gasket, oil change, 3 rims, and another transmission service to remove the remaining old fluid.     Extended warranties are available for purchase after the vehicle is inspected and meets requirements of warranty company.   We are looking forward to service our customers with our best.

Review: On September 9th I financed a car with Eastern Shore Motors. On that same day as I arrive home after filling the car with gas $60, was leaking fuel from underneath the vehicle. I contacted ESM, they came and towed car said fuel pump was issue car be fixed very next day. Meanwhile both mechanic and salesman are playing the run around about issues with car and not wanting to give me work description that was done to car. Car was in shop two days. September 11 picked up car seemed to be running ok. September 14 car broke down on road. Now I am stranded and have to pay for tow truck. Had car towed back to dealership. I am asking for money back now, car is a lemon. It was a 2002 saab, financed $5300 and put $1000 down payment. I want out of this deal with down payment back. Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment of $1000 back. purchased car on September 9, and its now September 15, and my car is still in the shop.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from them 5/22/2015. The vehicle came down with problems right after the sale, which we took care of since we purchased the vehicle AS IS. But, now I am calling to try to get my tags because the temporary tag is almost ready to expire. I mailed to them on 5/29 in their self addressed stamped envelope two forms they requested since I had to take the vehicle thru DMV for a Vehicle Inspection Report myself and a signed Application for Title. They claim the only got the Application for Title. (They were both in the same envelope.) I also called on 6/26/2015 to see where the tags were and I was told that they did not get mailed in to DMV yet. Today, 7/9/15 I call and spoke with the manager to find out that they are still waiting on the Vehicle Inspection Report from me. Now the tags are close to expiring and I get the run around from the manager that he has called my phone numerous times to let me know of the situation. This never occurred since my answering machine is on 24/7, and I am the only one who gets these messages and my cell phone does not have any history of contact. So the manager is lying to me and I want this resolved ASAP.

Review: I have a car from ES Motors (2006 Mazda 3) and it was repossessed and shouldn't have been. I called the company trying to figure out why and was told I was late one my last payment which was only a week ago. I had already talked to the salesmen two days prior stating I would be making the payment on Friday (which is three days away from today) and he said that it would be fine and gave me the payment due for that day? While at work today, the company came to my job site and proceeded to drive off with my vehicle. I called in asking why and they would not give me a reason. About an hour later the company calls me back stating in order to get my car back from them I had 21 days to pay them the total balance of the vehicle or I could not get it back. This is not right in any way. They proceeded to inform me that its in my contract stating that if the vehicle is repossessed, I would only get it back after full payment of contract. IT IS NOT in the contract anywhere at all.Desired Settlement: My only desired settlement is to obtain my vehicle after payment of fees (late fees, car payment and towing fee). I signed a contract and know that I'm suppose to abide by said contract but to have my vehicle taken because it was a week late is very ridiculous and unheard of.
