The October rent was paid to the original owner, Ron B***Ron then reduced our lease term to end on November 30th Upon the sale the of the property, the prorated October rent was transferred to the new owner along with the security deposit. Then, as you can see from the previously submitted letter from the new owners, the lease was amended to be on a month to month basisOur employees moved out before the end of OctoberAfter conferring with our attorney on the lease and letter from the new owner, RSS is not legally obligated to pay for November since the residence was vacated in OctoberFurthermore, a certified letter was never declined acceptanceWe have never had the opportunity to decline or receive the letter in referencePlease send again if you feel necessary
My lease that was in place with the original owner (Ron B***) was changed by the new owners (Paul/Colleen A***) to a month to month basis which can be seen in the attached documentDuring the time of the real estate transaction, our work in the area came to an end and our employees moved out
of the property before the end of October If anything, the new property owners should be refunding the $security deposit back to me

*** *** forwarded me a signed lease agreement at settlement with MrC*** through December 31,The letter I wrote to MrC*** was to honor the original agreement he signed and not force them to vacate the propertyHis tenants still occupied the property in November. Clearly he does not feel obligated to pay the outstanding months rentYou can clearly see the signed amendment,by Mr C*** to the original lease on October 3, agreeing to pay October and NovemberI have made numerous attempts to resolve this with Mr.C*** but he will not respond or even accept a certified letter I sent November 22, 2017.
