I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] belongs in a mental hospitalHe lied and lied and lied on the reportI was trying to spare him from being arrested for the theft of a $batteryI know nothing about a basement or the Russians comingHe is clearly insaneHe stole the battery and I complained to Revdex.com to spare him the legal hassle of small claims court and a criminal police reportI know nothing about his accusations which are clearly psychoticI have not lived in Lemoore in eleven years and his accusations are insane and libelous and blasphemy of the Holy Spirit in meClearly he belongs to Satan and will go to hell when he diesHe belongs in an insane asylumHe has lost a customer and a friendSorry I ever bought vehicles from him or had repairs done since he is a liar and a thief

To Whom it may concernAccording to the consultant who worked with her (Monica), *** was given an estimated ship date of the week of October 19thBecause the dates given to us by vendors are not guaranteed, we as a business cannot guarantee when they will ship or be receivedWe can
only provide estimated dates*** paid for two different rushes- $to the designer for a rush production, and a $fee for expedited shipping/handling via UPSWe profit from neither of these feesWithout the rush production fee, her dress would've had an estimated completion of 8-weeks, and without the day shipping fee her dress could've taken several days to arrive via ground UPS.When *** called on October 21, I did apologize for any miscommunication and explained the estimated ship datesAt this time, I did not know Monica had told her it was estimated to ship the week of October (Monica was off that afternoon, so I was unable to ask her while *** was on the phone), or I would've clarifiedThe only information I had available was the customer saying it was supposed to ship October 19th (a Sunday) and the information provided from the designer that it was actually scheduled to ship on October 23rdBecause all dates are estimated, we do not give out that informationHowever in an attempt to clarify with the customer when the dress would ship, to the best of my knowledge, I told her it should go out on the 23rdThis is when the customer became very confrontational.Because *** was upset, I did offer a store credit towards her alterations, however she refused. She became very upset and demanded money be returned for the rushI refused on the grounds of:The dress was rushed through production, and that rush was charged by the designerIt was shipped as estimated by the designer with no delay on their part*** was provided with an estimated ship date, which if the consultant is correct, was adhered toNo date was ever promised or provided in writing, again, because dates are estimated by the designerThe dress was rushed via UPS, and that fee was assessed by UPSI asked the customer if they would like this service removed, and they declined3. Because the dates are estimated, they are out of our control, and we cannot be held responsibleThis is stated in both our posted store policy and on the sales order, which is signed by the customer indicating they agree to this policy. After speaking with *** and her mother twice regarding the situation, they continued to call four more timesWhile we try to provide excellent & respectful customer service, we cannot tolerate harassment. Spinisha's dress was shipped on October 21st and we upgraded her shipping (at no cost to her) to UPS Next Day AirHer dress arrived on October 22nd and was picked up that eveningIt was accepted and taken by the customerSpinisha's complaint is that there was a change in the delivery date of her dress, and because she was not notified, she should be compensatedAccording to our sales order, and information provided by the consultant, the dress shipped as estimated and arrived promptlyBecause of this, I do not feel we are liable for a refundPlease see attached files for our posted store policy, the customers signed sales order, and her signature indicating that she has accepted & taken the merchandise

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] belongs in a mental hospital. He lied and lied and lied on the report. I was trying to spare him from being arrested for the theft of a $320. battery. I know nothing about a basement or the Russians coming. He is clearly insane. He stole the battery and I complained to Revdex.com to spare him the legal hassle of small claims court and a criminal police report. I know nothing about his accusations which are clearly psychotic. I have not lived in Lemoore in eleven years and his accusations are insane and libelous and blasphemy of the Holy Spirit in me. Clearly he belongs to Satan and will go to hell when he dies. He belongs in an insane asylum. He has lost a customer and a friend. Sorry I ever bought vehicles from him or had repairs done since he is a liar and a thief.

We did not take Mrs. [redacted]'s battery. We worked on her vehicle on 4-2-18. The battery that was in her vehicle on this date was the same battery that was in her vehicle on 4-19-18. I, at this time, checked the charging system, spent time trying to jump start her vehicle and then took my battery...

charger and hooked it to her vehicle. I then told Mr. [redacted] to take the battery back to who ever they bought the battery from. This battery was probably over charged by her trickle charger. I did not charge the [redacted]s for the work performed. Mrs. [redacted] should have filed a police report with the Lemoore Police Dept. if she thought I had stolen her battery, of course she has a problem with the Lemoore Police since she told me they threw her to the ground, handcuffed her and took her to jail. She also had asked me to dig a bomb shelter at her home because the Russians were coming. She then asked me to paint her 1971 VW Bus a Sand color and I pointed out that the Bus had just been restored and had a new two tone paint job which at that time had cost over $1,500.00. She said she did not care because the Russians were coming! I refused and she took the vehicle and had it painted in Fresno. She then brought in her American made vehicle and asked me to unhook anything the U.S Government had on this vehicle to make it stop running and I told her to take it to another shop that worked on this type o vehicle. I'm sorry I did not think of this sooner, maybe the Russians switched her battery!! This lady lives in Visalia, Ca. and drives 40 miles to have her vehicle repaired in Lemoore because she has been run ut of every shop she has gone to. In closing we did NOT switch her battery. In September 2018 I have been in this same location for 42 years
