Review: Hi Dear, since bought product through overseas website and use transit company what named 360hitao INC.then meet the sad news after pick up.Due to so many parcel in 360hitao warehouse and I asked for combine it in advance when deliver to my country to avoid any troubles ,unfortunately parcel is still missing so I contacted with 360hitao customer service for further searching.Some days later they replied they have not received it in their warehouse at all. My doubts is how can they sign the parcel receipt without receivng ??Checked with overseas seller and Fedex Express(the seller use) that parcel is well delivered at the destination. Furthermore,internal 360hitao customer service provided the record that shows the details. Such disappointed with this transit company without responsibility ,I believe u so I choose u. Desired Settlement: refund the total freight($169) during transport and the value of missing product (US$138+$19.99)

Review: I was a customer of 360hitao transport company(Eastern Star Express), my order number is [redacted]. I've entrusted this company transport my stroller from the United States to china on February 27, 2014, but I still haven't received it so far (Today is July 17, 2014).

I've checked the official website www.360hitao.com and the relevant content, I confirm that I have no fault in this order. And I have communicated and coordinated with this company many times in order to delivered my stroller timely and safe.

Regrettably, with my great endurance, the company's service attitude, the process of our communication, and the results are unsatisfactory. The company on the one hand told me that my stroller haven't lost, on the other hand they asked me to apply to a claim, but the amount and the way of the claim is unacceptable for me. The amount of the claim returned to the account of their own site, that I can't make withdrawals processed and the customs charges that been receipted in advance are not refundable. Of course I do not want to have any dealings with the company in future! So I hope they can return my whole money that I spent on this dealing to my bank account, not their site account. Or send me my stroller as quickly as possible if it's really not lost.

I have repeatedly asked the specific circumstances of the goods, the company just have not respond positively, they always dragged. It's really unbearable! They even told me that my stroller had transported by EMS, and gave me an EMS number[redacted]) on April 25, 2014, I've checked by EMS channels so many times, EMS told me they have no such transport numbers.Desired Settlement: So I hope they can return my whole money that I spent on this dealing to my bank account, not their site account.
