Eastern Termite snd Pest Control

Review: Company was to perform services only when we were home. We contract them quarterly to spray inside home. They arrived Noone was home they did outside treatment in rain and left notice. We called and complained. Was never resolved they never returned for interior service and keep sending us a bill for unauthorized work. Advised them of situation again and they are unwilling to honor their obligation and demand payment for unauthorized service.Desired Settlement: We have no issue with paying for services that we authorize or want. Would be happy to have them come back and spray I doors for ant and spider issue and for them to absorb the original bill for the unauthorized service.
