I paid Eastern Tree Service $to cut limbs on three crepe myrtles and cut another tree in my back yardThey did the work 5/10/They piled everything in our front yardWhich I didn't know was going to happenApparently neighbors caught them while they were in our neighborhoodThey cut their trees, and agree to haul off lumber with nailsThey put all of the neighbors debris in our front yard without my permissionThere was so much in our front yard, we couldn't get in our front doorThis caused a dispute between neighbors and myselfOne neighbor paid $to get Eastern to haul off a pile of lumber with nails, Easter piled it all in our front yardIn my opinion this should have been hauled off from their yardThe neighbor told me if I moved it back in their yard they would call the policeMy fence gate is also off the fence no

Eastern tree Service did not finish the job Eastern Tree Service came out to remove my trees on 1-18-They trimmed some branches at my request and per contract remove dead trees in back yard wooded area, They said the Oak trees were over ft tall and were going to be difficult to take down, they wanted to cut the trees and push them on my yard which was o.kThen they said they would take my fence down and push the trees over the fence When they did this they left the trees on my neighbors yardWhen my neighbor complained I went to see her yard and the trees were laying in of my neighbors back yard cut into big pieces and left I have two neighbors that are very upset with me I called the company and told them the problem and asked them to remove the trees from the yards after paying them $2,I was it would cost me another $1,to have the trees removed I am a senior on social Security only and can't afford this plus feel I am being deceivedI feel

Purchased a acre overgrown botanical garden choked with underbrush and wood debris piles Multiple dead, dying and downed trees A Navy retiree, I'm the type who thinks he can do it himself, but, to restore this property I needed professional helpTried different tree service companies Neither displayed the professionalism expected nor the quality of work desired So, I called Eastern Two very personable estimators arrived on time and provided a fair quote in writing Due to emergency jobs caused by severe weather Eastern had to postpone the work at my property, BUT, they called and kept me updated They did an excellent job with debris removal and clean-up I will use Eastern for future jobs at my property and most highly recommend them as tree service professionals

Was quoted on May 11th, ETS was working across the street from our home and we asked them to come over and give an estimate Gentleman that gave the estimate was very nice and said that he would have someone call me to schedule appointmentThey called and I made appointment, earliest available was Saturday,June 3rdOn June 3rd never heard from anyone so I called them at 3:pm to inquire, was told that they were having equipment problems and I would need to re-schedule Re-scheduled for Saturday, June 10th, again earliest available, same scenario, I called the office at 3:and no one seemed to know what was going on I was told that one of their saws was broken, again no call to advise that they could not make it Very concerned with the lack of coordination, I called the office and spoke with *** who said she would have someone ca
