Review: I placed my order over the phone, no problems. When my food was deliverd they had forgot 1 of my orders. No problem I understand this happends, but when they finaly brought the missing order it was over 1 late and when I received it, I told them I shouldnt have to pay for it b/c of their mistake. He told no "you pay" and thats all he kept saying. My company orders from their almost everyday so we spend LOTS of money with them, for them to still charge me for their mistake is crazy and their customer service skills are aweful!!!!!!!!!! They forgot the food and then took over an hour to bring what they forgot, to make me still pay for that is terrible customer service and my company will never order from them again.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my last entire order on 10.9.14 for $28.50.
