I called EGCI 2 days before Christmas, for a broken window to my wood stove. The stove heats my house. Without the Glass front, the stove is inoperable. They stated they had the glass, and to come on down. I did. I arrived about 11am, with the Broken glass front. They measured up and gave me a quote that floored me. It was literally half, of what I had paid last time this happened 3 years earlier. Last time it took 24 hours to get the repair. EGCI told me it would be an hour, so I left to do some errands. 15 minutes later she called and said it was completed, ready to go back on.
