I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

This in regards to complain  #[redacted]The patient that has filed a complaint had a crown done with
our office on 6/22/15.  Prior to that appointment
he made a financial arrangement which included payments on part of his portion
of the fee.  The treatment was completed
on 6/22/15....

Our agreement was that 3 payments would be charged on his credit
card in December, January and February for the remaining balance.  He came in 11/16/15 and paid his balance
early.  We should have inactivated the
payment agreement at that time.  It was
our error to charge him on 12/22/15.  The
charges from the crown were taken care of by his early payment.  This was brought to our attention by the
patient and we immediately refunded the charges on 12/23/15.  We have apologized also offered to pay any
costs he may have incurred due to a possible overdraft.  The refund was ran within an hour of the
patients call. 
It should be noted that on 12/22/15 when his credit card was
charged he did have an account balance of $158. The patient said he was charged
for work not done and in fact this is not true.  Despite the balance we found it only fair to
refund his credit card because the authorization to bill it was for the
treatment that was done on 6/22/15.  We
trust he will take care of his current balance in a timely manner.  Please be aware that the was the first contact of [redacted] before us.  Once we were made aware of the issue it was resolved immediatley.  We are asking the to see that we did admit fault and correct the situation within hours.  Due to this we would ask that this complaint not be made public on the website. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted]  Michelle B[redacted]
