Ultimate Home Services has not picked up the several rolls of used carpet and pad from the driveway of my home since November 7,2016.I have called more than six times and so has the Lowe's store in Muncie IndianaUltimate has promised to pick up the used carpet but it is still in my drivewayI have spoken several times with Allie and other Ultimate employees, with nothing being doneThe carpet has gotten wet and is a health hazardI need this issue resolved ASAP!

They were putting in laminate flooring and one of their workers laid a tool on top of just finished new counter topI had to have the countertop fixed at a cost to me of $Ultimate Home Services was made aware of this situation from the outset and asked me to forward copies of the repair invoices to them which I did, twiceI can't get my money back from themI have even called their corporate office in Ohio twice and can't get a call returned
this company set up a carpet install as a contractor through lowes carpet installationThe had me set up for seperate days starting at 8:amI received a called at 10:stating the van carrying my carpet broke downI asked if they could find another as I had taken the entire day off workThey said they would try at 11:they called back and said the installer had called in sickI said can you find another installer and what happened to the story about van breaking downThey said they would try and find another hour later a lady calls and says they cant find anyoneI said ok will you still be here tomorrowShe says no he will be sick tomorrow toshe said we can come out next monday and installAfter several complaints and begging to get someone out they now say it will be another week before they can installWorst service ever

I hired ultimate home services through ***'s on Shadeland Avenue to install vinyl and carpeting in my entire houseI should've known when I attempted to call them to install that I should've gone elsewhereNobody at the office ever answers the phone and it was extremely difficult to get a live person to get the work scheduledThe work was completed September 27-I took the morning off to let the installers in between 8-They called me at 10:to ask if it was ok if they came between 11-because they had to go pick supplies up from ***sThey showed up at 11:when I told them that they had to be there by 11:because I had to get to workWhen I arrived at my house on the 28th to view the completed vinyl, I discovered that the company had installed the wrong sheet vinyl in rooms in my homeThe wrong roll of vinyl was delivered to my homeThis has been rectified through ***'s, however the paperwork the installers had had a description of what they should've been inst
