Eastland Funeral Home & Cremation Services

Following graveside services administered by Eastland Funeral Home, the excess dirt from the grave was dumped onto land that was not part of our family cemetery. Because this dirt is worthless, it basically contaminates the area it covers. When Eastland was contacted, they took no responsibility and failed to take any action to rectify the situation. After many phone calls, the funeral home would not provide the name or contact information of the company responsible for digging and closing the grave. They failed to return calls or discuss the issue with our family after we disclosed the issue.

We needed the equipment and manpower to remove the bad dirt that comes from deep holes and they would not provide the information nor did they try to help us resolve the problem. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company for any services they say they provide.
