Eastland Shoe CorpAfter she contacted the Revdex.com she emailed again saying that she had no choice as we had not responded to her 1st emailWe sent her a return authorization to send the shoes back to Eastland for inspection and if found defective we would replace them for her with the same shoe she purchased originallyShe sent them back to us and they were determined to be defective and a new pair has been shipped out to herAmy should receive her replacement shoes by the end of this week or early next weekThey were shipped out via Priority Mail today, 10/13.
