Eastman Communications credited my account $but they charged me $so I don't know what they plan about the balanceThe also advised me that

They charged me $699.00 (this is conversion to CDN$ at that time)and sent me an email that they would refund $99.00. I responded and told them that was only a portion of what they charged and have not heard from they since. I would never order something so expensive.I have contacted them again an am awaiting a reply. I will contact you immediately I hear from the business. Thank you for your faithfulness. Review: Eastman is not accepting cancellation of one month free trail promotional Hidden Values subscription and charged my [redacted] account for two years for $99.00. Sent several cancellation E-mails for subscription of Hidden Values. Eastman refused to issue credit to my [redacted] acconutDesired Settlement: Need Immediate issue of credit to my [redacted] Account of $99.00 and no interest charge from [redacted] account.

Review: Almost 2 Years ago I was occasionally ordering informational material from this company. I then cancelled my subscriptions because I no longer wanted them. Since that time I rec'd no communications from Eastman.

Then, suddenly, in the spring of this year I found a charge of $600.000 CDN

on my credit card from Eastman Communications. I had no idea that they had retained my credit card information and so was shocked to find a charge for service that I had not ordered. I promptly emailed to say that I had not ordered anything from them and requested a refund. They refused, saying they had rec'd my order and it was non refundable. Several emails later requesting a refund from them proved futile. Now again, suddenly, I receive an emails saying thank you for your renewed subscription and charges on your credit card will appear as Eastman Communications. I again quickly responded to say that I had NOT RENEWED ANYTHING. However, after the first illegal charge, I had cancelled my credit card. I wrote and told them of the cancellation of my card as well. They responded that I was now blacklisted since I did not honour my subscription order. So, this was the second time they were going to charge my credit card for a service I did not order. I did not realize this company was dishonest, but have since refused all communication from them. NOW, all I request is my refund of $600. for the first illegal

charge to my credit card. I will certainly not ever have anything to do with Eastman, nor can I ever recommend them.Desired Settlement: All that I am simply asking is that they refund my money for services that I did not order nor receive, but that were illegally charged to my credit card without my knowledge, by Eastman Communications and without authorization by myself. That they do not in future retain credit card information for any orders without permission. That is not legal to the best of my knowledge, nor is it honourable, or show integrity on the part of the company.
