[redacted] I have received your E-mail history via post mail. The address for the business is: [redacted] [redacted] I apologize for the late response, as I only go over to that address when I need to mow the lawn. Regarding the continued concerns: - I have sent [redacted] the invoice from the attorney. I don't own the law firm that processed the eviction, nor can I create an invoice for [redacted] on their letterhead. What I have provided to [redacted] several times( I will send you the E-mail history) is the phone number/ E-mail to the attorney that processed his eviction on his behalf. Other than providing the attorney with the times/dates of the evicted tenants case, we don't have control over this. The attorney, [redacted] , said she had attempted to make contact. Again, her E-mail is: ***@ [redacted] . I have spoken with her, and she is more than happy to give [redacted] any invoices he needs(including the ones I've already given him). I have also given [redacted] all of the Closed work order/ invoice reports from his property on [redacted] . We keep going around and around on this. We have an agreed upon labor rate of 22.00 per hour as per our management contract. He is asking for an itemized break down, however, that's not what I do in terms of a set price-per-item. I do this specifically so that I do not over charge, and base it purely on the time( if it's something we are the contractor for). I will add an invoice with a direct cost to each item though, if that will make him happy. If there's some other way he wants it, other than what I have provided him with, then I need to know what it is. I don't know what else to do. If you have any advice, or suggestions, I will gladly implement them. If there are any other responses, please send them to the above address. Best, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] # Although we have spoken already, I want to make sure that I have expressed my deepest apologies for any frustration and hurt feelings you experienced during the lawn mowing crews incident that took place last monthIn no way, shape, or form was any of the problem caused by youreself mamHowever, because you were outside, and were witnessing the situation, you were most certainly effected by itAs we discussed, the frustration was sparked by the people who were blocking the road, and after trying to get them to move, we definitely did cause dust to travel up onto the porch were you wereThe person ( I'm sorry I don't know his name) that began yelling at us was threatening harm, which further escalated the situationAgain, you didn't do anything wrong, and had nothing to do with this situation, so we do not blame you for his actionsI can assure you that at no point in time though, were anyone at Eastman Property Management holding a personal vendetta against you for calling in the work orders in the hallwayThis has not been completed b/c we need to re-charge the boiler lines before we can accurately assume that no further leaks will take place

Hello ***
sans-serif;">I'm writing you in response to a complaint that was accidentally mailed to one of our rental properties that we store equipment at (*** *** ***) we actually keep this address online because we pay Monroe County Sales Tax, and perform all of our activity in Rochester, as opposed to the address that I believe the Revdex.com has on file for me: *** *** *** *** ** ***.
With regards to the complaint, I apologize for not responding sooner, as I did not physically see it until this weekend, when I was working on the vacant apartment at that houseI had actually responded to this particular clients complaint in an E-mail I had sent weeks ago, and did not receive a response from, so I had assumed he was satisfied with the information I provided to himI will forward you the E-mail, as I feel it will contain the information you now need as well.
I also have not heard back from him regarding an attorney's invoice that pertained to an eviction he had requestedI'm thinking he may not be responding to me at all anymore, so any assistance you could provide in resolving this, along with all of the other concerns would be greatly appreciatedI have maintained a complaint rating with the Revdex.com, and have always resolved any disputes long before they reach this stageI'm very concerned about my standing with the Revdex.com, as well as how I can make *** *** *** (the owners of the properties I managed) feel satisfied.
Please review the E-mail I will forward you, and let me know what I can do from hereI left you a voice mail as wellI apologize if I disrupted you when I called back for the E-mail address a couple of timesI just didn't write it down fast enough.
Best,

Ruth was confused, and thought that we had her depositWe didn't and the owner of the property didWe told her this several times, however, she had a legitimate grievance with the owner, given she had to
wait so long for the deposit refundThe owner has since then refunded her directlyPlease see the next E-mail I will forward to you.

Update. ..it appears that I should have made the claim against [redacted] and not against CM because [redacted] withheld my refund deposit..I did receive a refund check for the amount of the claim..I want to say that CM was helpful throughout the months that I pursued the refund deposit. ..[redacted]. .

As I have stated to the Revdex.com, I believe this person is a victim of an ongoing investigation of a fraudulent leasing agent named Amber S. I have never met this tenant, nor do I have her lease, phone number, application, or any rent from her.  I am more than happy to meet with [redacted], provided I...

can get a working phone number for her. I  have tried the number provided, and it does not work. Please help us in anyway you can to help get in contact with Her. We have had several  other individuals in this position, and all are working with Officer [redacted] of the [redacted] economic crimes division with  The [redacted] Police Department.

Hi there,

I just wanted to follow up with you on a recent letter I have received regarding the lack of response on my part. I'm concerned that you had not received my last couple of E-mails that I had CC'd you in on with the attorney that [redacted] needs the information from. She has E-mailed him three times with no response. Again, you and I were both CC'd in on this, but I imagine you have sooo many E-mails that it's possible to have overlooked my responses. I just want to make sure that you are aware of how serious I take my standing with the Revdex.com. I will always respond to any complaints or concerns. I hope that [redacted] gets what he needs from her as far as the judgement goes. At this point, he hasn't responded to her E-mails but perhaps he is on vacation?  I have also broken down the quote for him, in terms of labor and material. The labor is with the labor rate on his contract. I don't know if he wants me to do the math for him, in terms of deducting the sales tax to find out the actual number of hours, but if that's what will help, I can do that. I will just have to go back to that quarter and re-read what we deemed as capital improvements(if any items were). Have a great 4th!

Re:  Id# [redacted]

Again, here are the compliants that [redacted] has not answered at all or has not given me paperwork to prove these allegations.

1.  The number of hours and the materials that he used on [redacted] to get the place ready to rent.
We have done this ourselves in the past and have never spent more than 20 hours to clean, repair or paint an apartment.  He is saying that he spent fifty hours cleaning at $22.00  an hour and $1,000 in materials.  THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.

2.  We have never received any judgements or evictions that he has completed for us.  We have been to eviction court several times ourselves  and at the conclusion, we are given paperwork which states the eviction and judgements so we have a copy for our records.  It is now my belief that maybe these court appearances never took place although I was charged for them.  Does he have any invoices that he sent to the lawyer paying for these evictions?  Also I cannot give you exact dates and amounts because he deleted all of the information about my account from his computer.

He continues to skirt the issues and gives no explnation or proof of what I am asking for.

How many times are we going to do this [redacted]?
