Eastmore Real Estate

Im currently under a lease agreement with eastmore and have had a terrible experience with moving and getting access to necessary legal paperwork as well as having building managers refuse to allow me to recover property from my apartment that I'm still currently lease holder on! Pretty unbelievable. I've been trying to move to another location for two months now and haven't "lived" in the apartment since beginning of February, my old roommate has a new person living there without my permission and has no responsibility to follow policies tenants must agree to. It's been a real headache and as for the policies you agree to when you sign a lease through this company it's a one way street - tenants are held accountable but the company and building managers always have a reason not to follow through, passing the buck to the real estate office management or vis versa. My apartment has charm and I love the character, but as for professional cleaning before each move in, not up to expectations. The building was generally quiet and neighbors always friendly.
