Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12759050, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I had to wait on hold for 30 min to talk with someone then work with that person for another 30 min just to be hung up on prior to resolution. I called back and waited for another 30 min to talk to another person that finally helped me resolve the issue. No one should have to wait 30 min to talk to someone lrt alone get hung up on!!!
