*** *** purchased two pairs of shoes fromus on January 26, 2017, and was well aware that these shoes were a final sale when she purchased them. These shoes are designed to be worn all year - they are not by any means seasonal shoes which can only be worn in the winter months.
The minor adjustment that needed to be made to the shoes to relieve her left large toe was done by us and the shoes were returned via FedEx home delivery to *** ***. I personally called her and asked her to try them again because they both should be perfect now. I apologized for her inconvenience and hoped that she would be happy with her purchases
