I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
Our Guest Relations SrManager spoke with Ms*** today and resolved the issue. Unfortunately Ms*** had spoken with someone at StoreFinancial, not an Easton Guest Services representative so the information she received was not the Easton Way of handling gift card
issues. We want every guest experience at EASTON to be a positive one!
